Introduction of powder coating Powder coating is a dry finishing process that uses finely ground powders of pigment and resin to coat the surface. Powder coating uses an electrostatically charged technique in which the powders are charged so that the powder particles adhere to the metal surface and are then melted and fused together in the curing process.

 

Introduction of polyester resin 

 XB1968 carboxyl saturation polyester resin, which is made by the polybasic alcohol and polyatomic acid in the particular condition. Which is suitable to make the powder coating with hardener(TGIC or T105).

It is multi-used colophony, which has good color, luster, fluidness. It can be used to make tracery powder, transparency powder.

It is also convenient for the friction tool to work and the solidification of the primid. It owns good outdoor erodent-resistence.

It is the main outdoor powder with the high potential capability of the market development
